Spring is in the Air

Each day the day grows longer as Chipmunks chip
and birds chirp... For the forest has begun to stir
with the renewal of Spring. The economy too is awakening
and while for long months the global news seemed dour
alas the world is still here and young ladies are buying
Yoga pants and people all over America are beginning to make healthy choices
regarding their diets. Real estate appears to have finally made bottom, as 
transactions and listings have moved to pending and sold status
in earnest. Employment too is picking up as the wave of enthusiasm
is sweeping the economy. This is producing strong retail sales and stores
are seeing brisk trade. While bear markets seem gloomy, I do love the thrust
and enthusiasm of a good Bull , we are in one now :)
