Real Estate is making a 90 degree turn-

Whilst driving this past weekend
I couldn't help notice that the lumber mills
were loaded with timber, and i MEAN LOADED.
Not only were the yards full but finished product
was stacked high and ready for transport as were
trucks busy arriving for more milling. A couple things about the
wood biz, you don't cut the trees unless you have orders.
Time travel back to 2008/09 and those same yards were mostly empty
and were operating on wayyyy reduced shifts vs now and I expect
they are running 24 hours a day. OOOOO time.... for just when we were ready to
dig a hole the economy is alight with the bustle of cranes, full shopping carts
and customers in parking lots and aisles. Real Estate has very likely bottomed. This may
likely provide more confidence for rising equities as well.
