Debt-

Is the drug that we take when we feel empty.Buying things we think will fill that emptiness... things that never fill that void, so we buy more and take on more debt.... and on and on. Government meets to raise the ceiling with warnings that if they dont we might go into "withdrawal" and that would be unthinkably painful, we would actually have to say NO. Junkies doen't like that, and even admitting a problem was an issue, maybe were better than that, we know we have a problem. Politicians are fixated on the wrong issues, really. The pressing issue of the moment is the re engineering of western society in such a way that we are viable globally. Democracy is failing before our eyes, and our freedom is at stake. We have choices now, but an inability to soberly asess our true problems in education, and employment which are obviously closely linked or the continued destruction of our environment and the health of our population are all interlinked.  Put down that mouthful of mac and cheese, turn off Glee, tell the democrat and republican alike that you have had enough . Change is entirely possible, but this change will come from our transformation one heart, one family, one town, one country at a time... and behold the world unfolded anew .... may it come to pass.
